Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReelPe (the "Platform"), operated as a marketplace connecting brands ("Brands") with content creators ("Creators") for performance-based promotional campaigns ("Drops"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ReelPe does

ReelPe lets Brands launch Drops — promotional tasks with a defined reward and settlement rules — and lets Creators browse, accept, complete, and submit proof of work against those Drops. ReelPe's Operations team reviews and moderates Drops before they go live, and reviews Creator submissions before approving payment.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must sign in with a valid Google account and select a single role — Creator or Brand. One Google account may not hold both roles simultaneously. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Escrow and campaign funding

Before a Drop can go live, the Brand must fund its full budget into escrow via our payment partner. Funds remain in escrow until a Creator's submission is approved, at which point the reward is released. A Drop cannot go live without being fully funded — this protects Creators from Brands who have not committed the budget.

4. Settlement to Creators

Once ReelPe approves a Creator's submission, the reward is released from escrow and transferred directly to the Creator's registered UPI ID or bank account. ReelPe deducts a service commission (currently 10%) from each settled reward before transfer; the remainder is paid to the Creator. Settlement timing depends on our payment partner's processing cycle and is not always instantaneous.

5. Campaign expiry and refunds to Brands

Each Drop has a duration set by the Brand at creation. If a Drop expires or is closed by the Brand before its full budget is used, any unspent escrowed amount is automatically refunded to the Brand's original payment method. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Creator conduct and content standards

Creators must submit genuine, non-fraudulent proof of completed work. Bot-driven, purchased, or otherwise inauthentic engagement is grounds for rejection of a submission and may result in account suspension. Brands set additional requirements and settlement rules per Drop, which Creators must review and agree to before accepting.

7. Moderation

All Drops are reviewed by ReelPe's Operations team before appearing in the Creator feed, and all submissions are reviewed before a payout is approved. ReelPe may reject a Drop or a submission at its discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

ReelPe facilitates the connection and settlement between Brands and Creators but is not a party to the underlying promotional arrangement. ReelPe is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of promotional content, or for disputes between Brands and Creators outside the settlement mechanics described here.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
