This Privacy Policy explains what information ReelPe collects, why, and how it is used and protected.
1. Information we collect
- From Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture, used to create and identify your account.
- Creator payout details: UPI ID and/or bank account number + IFSC, used solely to settle approved rewards to you.
- Brand details: business/brand name and contact email, used to identify your campaigns and for settlement communication.
- Campaign and submission data: the drops you create or accept, proof-of-work links you submit, and related timestamps.
- Usage data: which screens you visit and how long you spend on them, used in aggregate to understand product usage — never sold or shared externally.
2. How we use your information
- To operate your account and let you use the Platform (browsing/creating Drops, submitting proof, receiving payouts).
- To process payments and payouts through our payment infrastructure partners.
- To moderate content and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
- To improve the Platform based on aggregate usage patterns.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum data necessary with:
- Payment processors (for escrow collection and creator payouts) — your payout destination (UPI/bank details) and payment amounts.
- Google — only for authentication (Sign in with Google); we do not receive your Google password.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet financial record-keeping and tax obligations under Indian law.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion (subject to our legal obligation to retain financial transaction records), by contacting us — see Contact Us.
6. Security
Payout credentials and payment details are transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. Access to sensitive data is restricted to systems that need it to process your transactions.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
